Business Development Manager – Contract Kitchens

Area to be covered: North
Remuneration: £50,000- £60,000 + 1% commission
Benefits: Volvo XC40 hybrid or £6,000 car allowance & full company benefits
The role of the Business Development Manager – Contract Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms will involve:
- Business Development Manager position selling our clients manufactured range of contract kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms purely focusing on high-rise residential projects
- All of your time will be focused on selling to major housebuilders, national & regional housebuilders, developers and contractors
- Inundated with incoming high-rise leads for you to go at
- Inheriting a well-established area turnover circa £2m
- Will be KPI focused initially
- Reporting to Sales Director
The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager – Contract Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms with:
- Must have field sales experience in the KBB sector
- Must have highrise project sales experience
- Ideally knowledge or experience with major, national, regional house builders & developers
- Must be able to communicate at all levels
- Charismatic, very personable, professional and confident
- IT literate
