Remuneration: £35,000 – £40,000 + £5,000 – £8,000 uncapped commission

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Plastic Building Products will involve:
- Area Sales Manager position selling a range of plastic building products such as: fascia & soffit, rainwater cladding, guttering and panel products
- 60% of your time will be managing / selling to distributors & merchants such as: Rembrand Timber, Jewson, A1, Specialist PVC Distributors etc
- The remaining 40% will be spent stimulating demand and selling to housebuilders, developers and contractors (all back sold through the distribution channel)
- Turnover responsibility circa £5m
- 90% account management
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager –Plastic Building Products with:
- Ideally working for a distributor / merchants looking for your first field sales role
- Would consider someone working for or selling to merchants / distributors
- Would consider a contractor led sales person
- Open in terms of what building materials / products you’ve sold
- Team player, self-motivated and outgoing
- Driven, enthusiastic, focused
