Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager– Bathrooms

Location: Glasgow
Remuneration: £27,000 – £32,000neg (Dependent on experience) + £3000 bonus paid annually

The role of the Assistant Branch Manager – Bathrooms will involve:
- Assisting the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the branch
- Directly managing two in branch staff members
- Providing cover for the Branch Manager when they’re absent
- Contributing to a branch turnover of £1.8m
- Coaching and developing branch staff in order to regularly hit branch targets
- Forming and maintaining relationships with staff and customers
- Perform standard administration including till reconciliation & cash banking
- Occasionally assisting the warehouse with deliveries when needed
- Dealing with both trade and public customers when required
The ideal applicant will be an Assistant Branch Manager – Bathrooms with:
- Must have showroom sales experience, ideally KBB
- Must be able to coach and develop a small team
- Ideally in a related position: branch manager, depot manager, sales manager
- Must have a good work ethic and be reliable
- Must be a people person and a motivator of others
- Experience in a sales environment will be beneficial
- Knowledge of bathroom & plumbing beneficial
- Knowledge of computer systems beneficial
