Business Development Manager – Timber Frame
Job Title: Business Development Manager – Timber Frame, Roof Trusses, Roof Joists

Area to be covered: Midlands & North
Remuneration: up to £50,000 + circa £10,000 uncapped commission
Benefits: £500 car allowance ideally but can offer a company car + benefits package
The role of the Business Development Manager – Timber Frame, Roof Trusses, Roof Joists will involve:
- Field sales position selling a range of timber frame, roof trusses and roof joists
- All of your time selling to regional & national builders, developers, contractors, self-builder and builder merchants such as: MKM & James Burrell
- Turnover target £1m+
- Majority of your time will be spent generating new business however will be given some existing accounts
- Ideally based Midlands or North East
The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager – Timber Frame, Roof Trusses, Roof Joists with:
- Must have field sales experience selling timber frame, roof trusses or roof joists
- Sold to regional & national builders, developers, contractors, self-builder and builder merchants (open to all route to market)
- Driven and enthusiastic
- Excellent communication skills
- Efficient territorial planning skills
