The role of the CAD Designer – Windows & Doors will involve:
- Trainee CAD Designer position dealing with a high quality range of curtain walling, glazing and windows and doors
- Working alongside Senior Designer learning the design process
- Gain a full understanding of client requirements and technical specifications
- Liaise with client’s where required to discuss additional information
- Produce 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings
- Liaising with internal and external stake holders throughout projects
- Scope to progress through the business
- Office based role
The ideal applicant will be a Trainee CAD Designer – Windows & Doors with:
- Must have AutoCAD experience, ideally within the construction industry
- Ideally experienced in curtain walling, glazing and windows and doors
- Would consider graduates with AutoCAD experience
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Able to problem solve and offer solutions
- High levels of attention to detail
- Hungry, approachable and strong organisational skills
