The role of the Estimator – Flat Roofing will involve:
- Estimator position promoting a range of Industrial & Commercial Roofing projects
- Conduct take-offs to support accurate project assessments.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for flat roofing and construction projects.
- Assist with obtaining and reviewing subcontractor quotations and supplier costs.
- Support contract review meetings with the Contracts Department for secured projects.
- Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high accuracy, organisation, and quality standards.
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Flat Roofing will with:
- Must have experience as an Estimator within the roofing industry
- Ideally have experience in flat roofing
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong character that’s not afraid to help the team when necessary
- IT literate
