Based: High Wycombe
Remuneration: Up to £30,000 + circa 15% bonus

The role of the Internal Maintenance Sales – HVAC Products will involve:
- Internal Maintenance Sales role selling aftersales maintenance contracts for a high quality range of manufactured ventilation and cooling systems such as: air handling units, natural ventilation, natural daylight systems, heat recovery units
- Office based initially, once passing the probation period you have the option of hybrid working 2 times a week
- Selling to facility managers for schools, museums & offices as well as main contractors, M&E consultants and contractors
- Your time will be spent conducting outbound sales calls to customers in order to secure new product maintenance contracts and then follow-up post maintenance
- Liaise internally with the maintenance team to have quotes raised for customers
The ideal applicant will be Internal Maintenance Sales – HVAC Products with:
- Must have at least two years construction sales experience
- Outbound sales / Business Development experience would be highly advantageous
- Contract selling experience would be beneficial although not essential
- HVAC product knowledge is beneficial but not essential
- Previous career stability is a must
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be sales driven, results orientated and a team player
- Organised, self-motivated, confident & resilient
