Location: Tamworth
Remuneration: £23,000 – £27,000 + £1,000 bonus with scope for it to increase

The role of the Internal Sales Executive – Building Plastics will involve:
- Internal sales position selling a distributed range of building plastics across numerous recognised brands. including; wall panels, facies & soffits, guttering, cladding, decking, drainage, canopies, silicones, corners & joints, doors, flashings & DPC, GRP etc.
- Selling into various contractor/ installers; roofing contractors, cladding contractors, window fitters, decking contactors, general tradesmen etc.
- Cold call potential customers & lapsed accounts to generate new business
- Source new leads from databases such as Barbour API, Glenigans, CheckaTrade
- Chase quotes sent out from branches which haven’t been followed up on
- An element of account management, being given 10-15 accounts to nurture
- You will also work alongside the marketing department promoting new branch openings, product launches as well as supporting the regional & national account managers
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Executive – Building Plastics with:
- Must have outbound internal sales experience
- Must have sales experience within the construction/distribution industry
- Ideally will have experience with plastic building products or fenestration products
- Would consider someone from within a national merchant depending on phone experience
- Enthusiastic and extroverted individual
- Strong relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer focused and orientated
