Project Manager – Building Products
Job Title: Project Manager – Doorsets & Joinery Projects
Industry Sector: Door Sets, Joinery, Doors, Fire Doors, Ironmongery, Building Products, Building Materials, Construction, Fit-Out, Project Manager, Project Coordination, Site Manager, Site Coordination
Office based: Dublin or Dublin South
Remuneration: €55,000 – €65,000 + 10% bonus & full benefits
The role of the Project Manager – Doorsets & Joinery Projects will involve:
- Project Manager role promoting a manufactured range of doorsets
- Managing several live projects across Dublin & South at any one time
- Upkeep customer communication and act as he day to day point of contact
- Keep record, reporting and administration document up to date
- Prepare accurate project schedules and technical information
- Communicate all site-led drawing, specification or configuration changes
- Review project drawings, schedules and site conditions and complete site visits where required and prepare for take-off
- Check that ordered and delivered products align with the approved quantities, specifications and current project information
- Liaise with the larger team on ensure maximum delivery and satisfaction on projects
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – Doorsets & Joinery Projects with:
- Must have project management, project coordination, site coordination, site manager experience in the construction industry
- Ideally from a doorsets, joinery, fit-out or construction products background however not essential
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schedules and technical information
- Strong planning, organisation and administration skills with close attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
