Remuneration: £50,000 – £55,000 + bonus

The role of the Quantity Surveyor – Facades will involve:
- Quantity Surveyor position dealing with various cladding systems such as:, wall cladding, rain screen cladding and SFS
- Manage the commercial and financial aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring costs are controlled and budgets are maintained
- Prepare cost estimates, valuations, financial reports, variations, and final accounts.
- Support procurement activities, including tender analysis, subcontractor appointments, and contract administration
- Carry out regular site visits, monitor project progress, and identify commercial risks and cost-saving opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Facilitating the designs for projects that could range in value up to £30m
The ideal applicant will be Quantity Surveyor – Facades with:
- Must have experience as a Quantity Surveyor within building envelope
- Ideally have experience with facades and/or cladding
- Re clad experience would be high advantageous
- Ability to work well autonomously
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High levels of attention to detail and organisation
- Familiar with working in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple projects at any one time
