The role of the Technical Design Coordinator – HVAC Systems will involve:
- Design Coordinator role dealing with the design, supply and installation of underfloor heating systems into predominantly new build developments, but also a small amount of housing renovation projects
- Manage the design process both internally and externally to ensure design criteria and deadlines are met
- Ensure drawings & designs are to a high standard and meet British Standards and latest regulations
- Coordinate with external design resource in line with throughput
- Provide Pre-Order designs, specifications and ‘As Built’ drawings where required
- Liaising with main client, Project Manager & Pre-Contracts Manager to ensure smooth running of projects
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Design Coordinator – HVAC Systems with:
- Must be familiar with HVAC systems and related products
- Would consider Design Coodinators, Desginers, Technical Support, Estimators, Design Estimators, Heating Engineers or similar
- Must have high levels of organisation
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ideally familiar with AutoCAD and technical drawings
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
