Area Sales Manager – Building Products
Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Natural Stone & Landscape Products

Area to be covered: National based Midlands ideally on the western side
Remuneration: £40,000-£45,000 + 20% bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Natural Stone & Landscape Products will involve:
- Field sales position selling a high end quality manufactured range of paving products & natural stone
- Initially majority of your time will be spent selling to builder merchants, main contractors, sub-contractors, developers and house builders
- As the role progresses you will be more involved in generating specification via landscape architects and housebuilders
- Majority of your time will be spent generating new business
- Will go after projects nationally however target the Midlands and be office based in the West Midlands for 2/3 months whilst the new product range is launched
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Concrete & Landscape Products experience with:
- Must have field sales experience in the construction industry
- Must have sold to builder merchants or contractors
- Ideally have specification sales experience however not essential
- Ideally heavyside however not essential
- Open in terms of what building products / materials you’ve sold
- IT Literate
