Location: Salisbury (Hybrid option available)
Remuneration: £28,000 – £33,000neg + bonus, OTE £40,000 – £45,000

The role of the Business Development Manager – Joinery, Doors & Ironmongery Products will involve:
- Internal sales position selling a high quality manufacturers range of timber windows, joinery products, doors and architectural ironmongery
- All of your time will be spent selling to contractors, small bespoke developers, architects, specifiers and bespoke housebuilders
- Your time will be spent generating new business and setting appointments for the project sales team
- Prospecting sales opportunities and qualifying relevant leads
- Deal with any incoming enquiries via telephone or email
- KPI’s will include: no. of outbound calls, project enquiries secured & appointments booked (this will be targeted at 10 per week)
The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager – Joinery, Doors & Ironmongery Products with:
- Must have outbound telephone sales experience; ideally within a telesales, SDR or appointment setting position
- Ideally experience selling doors, timber / joinery products or architectural ironmongery however this is not essential
- Determined, resilient and motivated
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Computer iterate
