The role of the Production Manager – PVC Windows will involve:
- Production Manager position overseeing the manufacturing and production for a variety of PVC windows
- Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations, from goods-in to dispatch, ensuring efficient workflows and on-time delivery
- Drive production performance against targets, balancing quality, cost, and efficiency while continuously improving processes
- Own production planning, resource utilisation, and operational decision-making to meet demand and resolve issues
- Ensure high standards of quality, Health & Safety, and compliance across all areas of the operation
- Lead, develop, and manage a large team while driving KPIs, cost control, and a culture of continuous improvement
The ideal applicant will be a Production Manager – PVC Windows with:
- Must have experience in a production or operations management role
- Ideally have worked with heavy manufacturing processes such as welding saws or other heavy machinery
- Lean manufacturing skillset (5S), IOSH & NEBOSH qualifications
- Must have experience managing a team, open ended in size although would be advantageous to have previously managed 20+
- Highly advantageous to have shop floor / factory experience
- Proactive, motivated, and highly organised
